Who we are
My name is Patrick Webb. I was born in the United States and have been living in Spain for over 30 years. I have been in the wine and food profession for many years, where I’ve had the privilege to know and work with some of Spain’s finest producers of olive oil, wine and foodstuffs. Over the years, I’ve developed several personal relationships with these people, and I lvoe sharing their stories and their products with my guests.
Behind every beautiful presentation is the creative vision of my partner, Henar Pérez, who handles the design and seamless organization of our team. She ensures that every detail is perfect, bringing a unique elegance to our spreads and events.
