Our flagship service. Curated, immersive dining experiences that transport the client back 8,000 years, to when Olive Trees were first cultivated. From 6,000 BC we travel forward in time to discover the milestone events, discoveries and inventions that make Catalonia and Spain what they are today. From the rearing of the Iberian Pig, to the introduction of wine, and including a dazzling display of molecular gastronomy and inspiring cuisine, you will learn about the history and culture of the Iberian Peninsula, dish by dish.

At Barcelona Food Roots, we believe that an authentic culinary experience is as much about the perfect wine pairing as it is about the food. To complement your meal, we offer a specially designed beverage tasting experience, featuring local wines, beers ,cavas and non-alcoholic drinks. You may also purchase individual bottles.
If you prefer to provide your own drinks, we are happy to handle all the service and pouring throughout the event.
